Passion Tea Lemonade

So now that warmer weather is coming, I get cravings for a certain drink at Starbucks - their Passion Tea Lemonade! Geez I will drain that stuff in 2 minutes... maybe because I usually get a tall instead of a venti or something. It's just so tart and refreshing! The only downside is that Dong complains incessantly that it's totally not worth the money and that they put too much ice in it (which they do... it's practically half full of ice...). So finally, to quit his yapping, we found out that they have recipes online which mimic the starbucks one pretty darned well! Now we make pitcherfuls of the lovely pink stuff and I never have to spend 4 bucks on a tall PTL!

This week we went back to NYC to finalize our wedding venue and our wedding date (whee!). Some drama over the date... but it's hard to find a day that will satisfy everyone, sigh.

Day off today and it feels so GOOD....!! It's a little depressing because I've only started working in earnest recently, but I am already looking forward to when I can start doing part-time instead of full. Just can't beat being at home and chillaxing.As Bruno Mars says, "Today I don't feel like doing anything...."

Happy Mother's Day!

What a gorgeous day for Mother's Day! Sunny and warm even in the Cuse, with temperatures up to 70. And to take advantage of the glorious weather, I'll be in here writing a blog entry and playing Sims Medieval =D

Went to check out wedding venues on Monday... what a freaking tiring day! The rest of the week went by in a blur of work and work... and hitting deer. Ugh.

Another week of work and wedding stuff. This week we were gearing up to check out wedding venues in Long Island, which meant some legwork online, making appointments and making sure we had the day off. Our ambitious plan was to hit up 6 places on Monday (4/18)!
